Delivered in April 1939 to Pan Am and operated as Dixie Clipper. Impressed into military service during World War II and finally purchased in 1946 by the War Assets Department then sold to World Airways.
This aircraft flew President Roosevelt to the Casablanca Conference to meet with Churchill and Stalin on 14 January 1943.
